Hello, I’m
I bring calm, clarity and care to fast-moving environments—shaped by customer service across three languages and a lasting interest in philosophy, psychology and how people make sense of the world.
A little context
From solving urgent travel problems overnight to serving a full dining room, my work has taught me to listen closely, think clearly and stay kind when the pace rises. I’m now bringing that practical understanding of people into a deeper study of philosophy and psychology.

Managed overnight emergency support for German-speaking travelers, worked across operational and accounting systems, and helped onboard new colleagues as an early team member.
Handled 90+ daily interactions across phone and email in German, English and Arabic, resolving complex complaints under time pressure.
Where I’m heading
Four years of Socratic seminars at Bayt El Hayah gave me a place to test arguments, ask better questions and explore ethics, knowledge and human behavior. After beginning psychology studies at Cairo University, I’m planning my next chapter in philosophy—with psychology always close by.
